Tube- Imported St52.3 grade Seamless and welded type honed barrels (Steel/Brass/Aluminium) to a micro-finish provide long piston seal life and prevent failure of the cylinder. The barrel material is selected on the basis of application and working pressure.
Piston Rod–CK-45 High strength steel piston rod is precision ground and hard chrome plated with0 .4Ra finish to ensure anti-corrosion and maximum seal life.
Piston– M.S/Cast Iron. Cylinder Base- One end of the cylinder is precision bolted in case of low pressure cylinders and welded in case of high pressure cylinders, welding with utmost accuracy and precision.
Mounting - All mounts are of steel.
